Photo Album With Pocket Pages | A Mother's Day Project

This is little Peggy, a Wee Stamps by the very talented children's illustrator, Sylvia Zet.  Sylvia also has Peggy in digital as well.   I have the rubber stamp version and absolutely love it!  I combined Peggy with the Daffoldil Dell digi stamp from Make It Crafty to create this gorgeous, elegant photo album for my Mother-In-Law.

The inside.  I used the Frame-in-Frame Cutting Plate from Taylored Expressions and mounted with clear mounting tape to create the frames.

A hidden surprise! The pages are actually pocket pages to hold extra photos.

For a simple elegant cover, I decorated it with Anna Griffin's Regal Braid embossing folder and add the oval window in the center using the Spellbinders Nestabilities Decorative Elements Die.   Then finished off by adding a "2015 Mother's Day" banner to the spine of the cover.

Have a lovely weekend everyone and a very Happy Mother's Day to all the moms and grandmothers out there!  Enjoy the beautiful weather.
