Lip Balm Christmas Gift Tags

Hello.  For today's post I am sharing how to combine die tag, some pretty Christmas plaid papers, lip balm pouches and lip balms to create festive lip balm Christmas gift tags.  These lip balm gift tags would make great stocking stuffer as well as gift bags filler.

MAKE THIS PROJECT: LIP BALM CHRISTMAS GIFT TAGS

INSTRUCTION

1.  Cut out the bottom layer tags on peppermint cardstock.  Next, adhere the double sided adhesive sheet to the back of the 6x6 plaid paper.

2.  Now, cut out the top layer tags on the adhered plaid paper.   Next, cut an opening for the lip balm pouch by positioning the lip balm window die over the plaid tags and run through the Big Shot machine.  Optional - on the scrap plaid paper, cut out the lip balm frames.

3.  Peel off the adhesive backing from the plaid tags.  Insert the lip balm pouch through the window.  Snap the lip balm into the pouch and adhere the plaid tags to the bottom peppermint tags.  Finally, decorate with gold elastic cord and mini gift bow.  OPTIONAL - adhere the lip balm frame on.

Those lip balm tags will be so appreciated by all who receive them. Great gift for the winter months especially here as it tends to get quite cold in our neck of the woods.

What a great idea, Christina . . . and these would also look great, just hanging on a tree as an ornament -- useful, just like candy canes, and pretty, too. Thanks for sharing the idea, along with giving instructions, too. Merriest of Christmases to you and yours !!

Christina, Kudos on scoring one of those MFT lip balm dies. I heard they were hard to come by. And, these tags are adorable. :)
